  1. Visit the URL
    Manually open trezor.io/start in your browser—never follow email links .

  2. Download & install Trezor Suite
    Choose Windows/macOS/Linux or use the web version. A guided install will prompt firmware installation and device recognition .

  3. Create or recover your wallet
    Choose “Create new” or “Recover wallet”. Write down your 12–24 word recovery phrase exactly and store it offline .

  4. Set a PIN
